DUSHANBE, November 14, 2011, Asia-Plus -- President Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with Sughd governor Qohir Rasoulzoda on November 12.
According to the presidential press service, the governor reported on the process of the autumn sowing campaign in the province. Rasoulzoda noted that the owing campaign would be completed on November 15.
On the same day, the head of state held telephone conversations with Khatlon governor as well as chairpersons of the city of Tursunzoda and the districts of Farkhor, Hamadoni, Vose and Danghara. Preparations for winter and autumn sowing campaign were the focus of the conversations.
A special attention was paid to the issue of providing the educational, health and social protection facilities with electricity and fuel as well as preparations to ensure their regular work during autumn-winter 2011-2012, the source said.
