DUSHANBE, March 14, 2012, Asia-Plus -- By government’s decree issued on March 9 Jamshed Norinov, formerly deputy minister of finance, was appointed deputy governor of Sughd province.
Sughd governor Qohir Rasoulzoda introduced his new deputy to the personnel of the regional administration on Tuesday, March 13, a source in the government told Asia-Plus Wednesday afternoon.
Born on December 14, 2016, Jamshed Norinov graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Tajik National University in 1983.
In 1983-1993, he worked with the Ministry of Finance. From 1993 to 1994, Norinov served as deputy head of the Khatlon finance department. In 2004-2001, he served as head of the auditing department, Ministry of Finance. From 2002 to December 2006, Jamshed Norinov was the state financial control department within the State Financial Control Committee in charge of Khatlon province. From 2007 to March 9, 2012, he served as Deputy Finance Minister.
