Moscow authorities may quarantine Tajik Embassy as its three employees have been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
“Three employees of our Embassy in Moscow have tested positive for COVID-19t,” a source within the Tajik Embassy in Moscow told Asia-Plus in an interview.
According to him, the Moscow authorities have demanded a list of persons who contacted those employees of the Embassy.
“The Moscow authorities may quarantine the Embassy. To-date, all employees of the Embassy have been tested for the novel coronavirus; the tests’ results are still unknown,” the source said.
He further added that Tajik Ambassador to Russia Imomuddin Sattorov had recently spoken to migrants gathered outside the Embassy building. He reportedly call on them to wear face mask and not to gather at the Embassy unnecessarily.
