DUSHANBE, October 30, Asia-Plus -- Several cellular operators providing cellular communications services in the GSM standard are expected to unite into one, Communications Minister Said Zuvaydov told a news conference dedicated to the 5 th anniversary of MLT/TT Mobile in Dushanbe on October 28.
The minister did not said exactly which companies are to unite with each other, just adding that it will be three large cellular operators.

At present a total number of users of cellular communications services in Tajikistan is more than 750,000 people. However, a half of them is not active users.
