A new frontier post called "Aksuv" of the Kaahka border unit was put into operation in Akhal province of Turkmenistan. The new frontier post boasts both purely service and social facilities, as well as administrative buildings, barracks and warehouses. As the press service of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan reports, the new facility was built as part of the military reform, a significant aspect of which is the creation of modern living and service conditions for border guards in accordance with international standards.

New facilities have organically supplemented border infrastructure of Turkmenistan, making it more efficient.
