The Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Tajikistan has announced the admission of qualified German language teachers to implement a training program for migrant workers.

This initiative is being implemented within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry and the German company telc GmbH, signed in July this year in Berlin during the working visit of the Tajik delegation to Germany.

The document provides for cooperation in the field of vocational education, language training and bringing the qualifications of Tajik specialists in line with modern requirements of the European labor market.

The aim of the project is to organize German language courses for migrant workers from Tajikistan on the basis of the Ministry's Professional Skills Development Centers and Services. The courses are designed to promote the employment of citizens of the country in Germany, increase their competitiveness and integration into the European labor market.

In this regard, the Ministry invites teachers who are ready to undergo additional training and advanced training in modern modules and curricula developed by German partners.

The working trip of the Tajik delegation to Germany, within the framework of which the memorandum was signed, took place on July 14-18, 2025. The delegation was led by Soleha Kholmakhmadzoda, Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment, and Farhod Rahimi, Chairman of the Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education. During the visit, negotiations were held with representatives of federal and regional authorities, specialized educational institutions and economic structures in Germany.

Cooperation with German partners opens up new prospects for the development of the vocational training system in Tajikistan, the introduction of a dual education model and the expansion of channels for legal labor migration. It is expected that this project will allow Tajik citizens to receive high-quality education and find decent jobs in Germany, while strengthening social and educational ties between the two countries.
